Sublimated and full of emotion is what the Gala Dinner program to celebrate the 16th anniversary of Hai Phat Group’s establishment has brought to the Board of Directors and all employees in the Group. The program took place on 13/12 at Trong Dong Palace Ha Dong, Melinh Plaza Ha Dong Shopping Center.
With the message of “Pioneering steps – Concurrent Conquering”, the Board of Directors and all employees of Hai Phat Group believe that: At a new age it will step firmly to overcome all difficulties, challenges, together change in a positive way to build Hai Phat house increasingly developing and reaching higher successes.
The event was attended by the Board of Directors of Hai Phat Group, leaders of member companies and more than 200 employees.
Speaking at the Gala Dinner to welcome the new age, Mr. Do Quy Hai shared: “The 16-year milestone that we are celebrating today will fuel new achievement journeys, lasts up to next 20 or 30 years and beyond. To make these goals to soon become true, it is necessary to have the consensus and cooperation of all Hai Phat employees. Immediately after his passionate speech, Chairman Do Quy Hai and the leaders showed the audience the most sacred moments in the ceremony with the etiquette to welcome the age of 16 with new aspirations and new ambitions.

On the occasion of the 16th anniversary of its establishment, Hai Phat Group honors collectives and individuals who have excellently completed all assigned tasks and made efforts and contributions to the Group over the past time.
On the night of the colorful Gala, there was also the performance of “homegrown” by the employees of Hai Phat Invest and Hai Phat Land.
This Gala Dinner event is also the competition night in the “Conquering challenges” contest, with 3 parts: Starting, Overcoming challenges and Finish. The competition is meant to show the inner strength of Hai Phat people.
It is solidarity, intellect when showing an understanding of his organization in the “Starting” part by answering questions about Hai Phat Group. It is unanimity, belief, and understanding of the leader in the Overcoming challenges part by sketching the leadership portrait. Finally, it is the Finish part- One of the necessary conditions for a strong organization is having strong individuals both in heart and mind who understand themselves and the goals that we are aiming for.
