Lang Son People’s Committee and Joint venture with Hai Phat Investment Joint Stock Company and Ha Son Co., Ltd. have just signed a contract to implement Mai Pha New Urban Area project with a scale of 91.7 ha, total investment of about VND 3,380 billion (of which the project implementation cost is about VND 2,894 billion; the cost of site clearance compensation is about VND 486 billion).
This is considered one of the few real estate projects in Lang Son province which is expected to promise to bring a lot of outstanding highlights, contributing to change the face of Lang Son city in the near future.
Mai Pha new urban area is located at the southern gateway of Lang Son city, on three sides adjacent to Ky Cung river and is connected to the center of Lang Son city through main axes such as: Hung Vuong street, Ba Trieu. The project has a scale of 91.7 ha, a population of nearly 10,000 people, a total investment of about VND 3,380 billion, with a project duration of 6 years. After completion, the project will form a new modern urban area with synchronous social and technical infrastructure, especially the project will form a highlight and a new symbol of Lang Son City. .
Up to present, Mai Pha New Urban Area Project is one of the few land-using investment projects that have been widely bid with 3 prequalified investors. Lang Son Department of Construction (The procuring entity) said that the process of bidding for selecting investors to implement the Project complies with the current law, from the investment policy step, to the approval of prequalification documents, bidding dossiers, evaluation of investor selection results. The process of organizing project bidding has attracted the attention of many famous investors, 11 investors have participated in the preliminary selection of the project in the form of independent or joint venture. The bidding consultant unit selected the investor to implement the Mai Pha New Urban Area project who is selected by Lang Son Provincal People’s Committee is Consultant and Inspection Join Stock Company of Construction Tecnology and Equipment – CONINCO, The consulting unit has extensive experience in the field of project consultancy.After the prequalification process, there were 3 investors who had prequalified the Project. From June to September 2019, Lang Son Department of Construction has issued bidding documents (Bidding Documents) in the form of open bidding for 3 prequalified investors to implement the project.
After the bid evaluation process, on December 5, 2019, Lang Son Provincial People’s Committee decided to approve the list of 2 investors who meet the technical requirements for the implementation of Mai Pha New Urban Area Project is Global Real Estate Investment JSC and Joint Venture Hai Phat Investment Joint Stock Company and Ha Son Co., Ltd. These two investors have been opened financial proposals, after the process of evaluating the financial proposal, the investor was selected to win the tender is Joint Venture Hai Phat Investment Joint Stock Company and Ha Son Co., Ltd.
On March 9, 2020, the implementation contract to Mai Pha New Urban Area Project was signed by Lang Son Provincial People’s Committee with the investor partnership of Hai Phat Investment Joint Stock Company and Ha Son Co., Ltd. At present, the investment preparation and site clearance work of the Project is being accelerated so that the project will be started early in the end of 2020. According to the design, Mai Pha New Urban Area Project includes works such as: commercial housing, social housing, resettlement housing, commercial centers, riverside streets, hotels, health, education, green parks, sport areas, recreation areas to serve people needs, helping people touch modern and civilized life, enjoying good values and trendy characteristics of the northern mountainous city .
