GREEN ENERGY – NEW TREND OF MODORN URBAN

With important advantages such as efficient resource uses, reduced operating costs, reduced environmental impacts while ensuring users’ comfort, green energy projects are becoming inevitable development trend of modern urban.

The duo of “Green Hanoi Homeland” project – Dai Dong A building project (Bea Sky)

At the beginning of December 2018, the Hanoi Homeland project and Dai Dong A building project (Bea Sky project) became 2 of the total 19 establishments which were awarded the title “Green Energy” by the Management Board Program of energy saving and effective use (Hanoi City People’s Committee) in collaboration with Vietnam Association of Science and Technology.

Hanoi Homeland Project and Dai Dong A Building Project (Bea Sky Project) are two projects that are designed to use the integrated BMS 4.0 technology for buildings’ systems: VRV air conditioning system Ventilation system, fire protection system, elevator system, security monitoring system, communication, parking monitoring system. The equipment used in the building such as LCD monitor, hot water plant, refrigerator, electric fan, Led light, etc. labeled by the Ministry of Industry and Trade’s energy.

Two projects were honored right at the time Hai Phat Group is looking forward to celebrating its 15th birthday, which becomes the most significant achievement of Hanoi Homeland project and Bea Sky project on the birthday of the group.

Towards the goal of energy saving and efficiency, the Management Board of the City People’s Committee Energy Saving Program. Hanoi and other enterprises have built a set of criteria and have implemented energy-saving solutions with the support of other enterprises and energy-saving plans in order to encourage the enterprises to improve production and quality, increase product competitiveness, and increase the ability of international economic integration.

In 2018, the City issued a plan and organized the program “Green Energy” to raise public awareness about economic and efficient use of energy. Thereby, the program has supported hundreds of businesses to perform energy audits and build energy management systems. On the basis of the evaluation of the criteria for economical energy use, the Review Council also selected 19 facilities to achieve the title of Green Energy.

In particular, the title of 5-star Green Energy was awarded to: 3 industrial production establishments (VICOSTONE JSC, CP Vietnam Animal Husbandry Joint Stock Company, Dong Anh Plastic Joint Stock Company; 2 construction facilities (Vincom Center Nguyen Chi Thanh Commercial Center, JW Marriott Hotel Hanoi); 4 construction projects (Lotte Center Hanoi Building, National Assembly Office Headquarters, Hanoi Homeland Project, Dai Dong Building Project ASIAN).

Dai Dong A building project (Bea Sky project) is located at Chu Van An Boulevard and connected to Nguyen Xien street. The project is located right next to The Manor Central Park and Chu Van An parks, which are known as the paradise of happiness.

The roof of the two projects is designed and constructed of 140mm thick reinforced concrete with 105mm thick hollow brick insulation and g slag concrete = 1000kg / m3 150mm thick. All lobby and office spaces,  as well as the design of each apartment, is to ensure ventilation and to take advantage of good natural light. The ventilation systems of the building and basement are controlled by signals from the sensors that measure CO concentration in the air in each space to the central controller, thereby, the system will turn on the wind fan for each space needed.

With green energy application and environmentally friendly green space design, Hanoi Homeland project and Bea Sky project will bring a new lifestyle pioneering the trend of green real estate in the future./
