In the evening of March 9, 2019, at Square 10-3, People’s Committee of Dak Lak province held the opening ceremony of the 7th Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival in 2019 with the theme of “The Golden Age”. Accompanying with the Festival, Hai Phat Investment Joint Stock Company (Hai Phat Invest – MCK: HPX) has officially become a Silver sponsor and participated in the exhibition booth at the Fair.
The representative of Hai Phat Invest said that with the companion of the 7th Coffee Festival in 2019, Hai Phat Invest hopes to contribute to raising the value and affirming the position of Vietnamese coffee in the international market, honoring coffee growers, producers and traders as well as encouraging the community to join hands to cultivate the development of coffee culture in Dak Lak province in particular and Vietnam in general.
Not only becoming the Silver Sponsor of the Festival, from 9 March 2019 to March 16, 2019, Hai Phat Invest also participated in the exhibition booth and introduced Hai Phat Invest branded project in the Fair area of Coffee Industry Exhibition (No. 72-74 Nguyen Tat Thanh, Buon Ma Thuot, Dak Lak).
The 7th Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival takes place from March 9 to March 16, 2019 with many activities: Dak Lak Investment Promotion Conference in 2019, Exhibition of specialized coffee fair, Vietnam specialty coffee workshop, Photo exhibition “44 years of winning Buon Ma Thuot – Historical journeys”, Street festival, contest of farmer race, Buon Don Elephant Association, wooden boat racing, demonstration of traditional rituals and festivals of ethnic minorities in the province, Tay Nguyen culinary competition. This festival will be the first time in Dak Lak province to hold the Vietnam Specialty Coffee Contest, launching “Book Road of Buon Ma Thuot Coffee”, World Coffee History Exhibition.
This is also one of the practical activities to celebrate the 44th anniversary of Victory Day of Buon Ma Thuot, the liberation of Dak Lak province (March 10, 1975 – March 10, 2019) and the opening day of the General Offensive and Spring Rebellion in 1975 which liberated the South and unified the country.
Through the series of activities and events, the Festival will continue to showcase images, potentials, and strengths of the province to promote investment not only in the coffee sector but also larger investors in the province.

Through 2 phases including increasing capital from VND 1,500 billion to VND 1,725 billion through the plan of issuing shares to pay dividends for 2017 for existing shareholders at the rate of 15% from the audited after-tax profit and increasing charter capital from VND 1,725 billion to VND 2,000 billion through issuing bonus shares to existing shareholders at a rate of 15.94% from the stock surplus.
