Striving to turn Mui Ne National Tourist Area into one of the leading destinations of the Asia-Pacific Region by 2030.

Especially, air travel route will connect Mui Ne National Tourist Area to international via Tan Son Nhat Airport (HCMC) and Cam Ranh Airport (Khanh Hoa province); after 2025, concentrate on developing the air travel routes from Phan Thiet airport to domestic and international tourist markets.

In the past few years, the transportation infrastructure of the close markets to Ho Chi Minh City such as Mui Ne and Phan Thiet has been much more convenient. The route along the coast connects Phan Thiet with tourist centers has completely been invested. It is expected that by 2019 when the Dau Giay – Phan Thiet Expressway is opened, the travel time from Ho Chi Minh City to Phan Thiet will be significantly shortened to only 1.5 hours. Especially the Phan Thiet airport project with a total investment of VND 5,600 billion has been started and expected to be under operation in 2020, which will make moving to Mui Ne faster than ever. This is a push for Phan Thiet’s tourism and real estate to take off and is also a golden opportunity for real estate investors to welcome the waves.

Taking advantage of this potential, many “big daddy” on the real estate market have quickly seized investment opportunities in this “resort capital” such as Hai Phat Invest (HPX) investor with the project Tourism Service Center (DVDL) Ham Tien – Mui Ne.

With a total investment of approximately 10 thousand billion VND, Ham Tien – Mui Ne DVD Center project has an area of 198 ha, located in the Mui Ne – Ham Tien sea tourism subdivision (about 340 ha) – one of three subdivisions which is on of three main tourist area of Mui Ne National Resort. According to the design, the project is divided into 3 functional areas, including (1) the existing residential area combined with the coastal pedestrian street; (2) Complex of tourism, finance, education and sports services for tourists; (3) Ecological sea tourism area.

The project of Ham Tien – Mui Ne DVD Center of Hai Phat Invest is located in a prime location – the center of Phan Thiet sea square, outstanding among the project area and facing the East Sea. This place is the focal point of the tourism, cultural and resort activities of Binh Thuan Province.

Ham Tien – Mui Ne DVD Center project is one of Hai Phat Invest’s key strategic projects. The planning of Mui Ne as a National Tourist Site creates a great opportunity for this project to add more values and bring high returns of investment for HPX. With the participation of leading reputable real estate developers in Vietnam such as Hai Phat Invest, the project of Ham Tien – Mui Ne DVDLP Center promises to be the focal point of Phan Thiet real estate market in the time to come.
