On December 8, 2018, the Team building event “Hai Phat – Breaking out to go far” was successfully held at the Department Park. This is a meaningful activity of the chain events to celebrate the 15th anniversary of Hai Phat Group’s establishment.
From the early morning, in the cold weather, thousands of Hai Phat Group’s employees were fully presented at Yen So Park. Despite the rain and cold down to 16 degrees Celsius, the spirit of the team of more than 1000 Hai Phat-ers employees was still full of enthusiasm.
The moment when the drum of the contest was hit, the moment when thousands of Hai Phat hearts shared the same beat. Towards the stage, they shouted the slogan “Hai Phat – Breaking out to go far” and started the competition in extremely dramatic games.
Before stepping into the main challenges, a very exciting and exciting warm-up stage of the staff of Hai Phat Group was performed.
After an exciting warmup, 8 teams of Hai Phat’s departments and companies officially entered the competition with 5 challenging stages: Decoding connection, Overcoming challenges, Negative break – build positively, Conquer goals and break out – Reach the peak.
Each game had a form of antagonistic competition, whereby two teams competed in one game and in each game there was a manager in charge of recording the score of the teams.
After the congratulatory celebration of Team Building event is the awarding section: 1 Championship, 2 Second Prizes, 5 Third prizes and many other prizes awarded to the teams in the competition.
The Team building “Hai Phat – Breaking out” ends in the joy of thousands of employees. Hundreds of balls carrying the message of the Group have been released into the sky in the hope of their new journey that Hai Phat Group will break out and become the most reputable real estate enterprise in Vietnam.
